Tanggungjawab
A. Reporting Line:
1. You shall report directly to the Senior Store Manager
2. You shall coordinate your daily tasks with employees at all level.
B. Job Responsibilities:
1. To key in requisition in the system to top up the stock in store room.
2. To ensure all deliveries of items is properly received & inspected.
3. To ensure store requisition from all department are update into Inventory Control System.
4. To post daily supplier invoices into system and to submit to Account Payable for verification.
5. To control & correct storing of the F&B and General supplies in the store room.
6. To prepare weekly report for near expiry items.
7. To prepare daily report for pending items to be receive from suppliers.
8. To ensure cleanliness, orderly and functional arrangement stocks.
9. To conduct monthly inventory of items carried in store and to reconcile physical count with stock balances.
10. Responsible to maintain daily sales submission.
11. Performing other duties as assigned.
12. Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
