Kerja Sepenuh Masa Assistant Engineer-Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di SHAMROCK PRECISION (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities :

• Analysis of technical, specification, requirement, and operational feasibility for the request for quotation process (RFQ).
• Prepare process routing for new and repeat parts.
• Liaise with the production and quality department on any technical and quality issues.
• Provide technical input on new product development by identifying requirements of new gauges, fixtures, and tools requirements.
• Determination of critical measurement points for Production and QA.
• Reviewing customer specification changes and issuing ECN.
• Raise waiver to the customer for product and process related.
• Measure, monitor, and reporting of department KPI achievement.
• Propose and implement activities to achieve KPI and for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate risk and implement action to reduce risk in the department process.
• Ensure all records and data are accurate and maintain all records.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements :

• Min Diploma or Degree in any Engineering qualification.
• A minimum of 1 -2 years of working experience in the Engineering Industry.
• Good communication skills – English Language proficiency, reading, writing, and speaking are required.
• Required problem-solving skills, understanding, and use of formal problem-solving methods beneficial.
• Ability to analyse data and information, make conclusions, and present in a way that is compelling.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work on a responsibility basis.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Can work closely with cross-functional departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
