Company Description

A2 Automation Sdn. Bhd. is a system integrator specializing in ELV, ICT, electrical, security, and automation solutions. The company provides integrated solutions such as CCTV, access control, networking, and smart system integration tailored to client requirements.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Executive role located in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. The role is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, accounts receivable, e-Invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The position works closely with internal departments to ensure smooth financial workflows, timely invoicing, compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and accurate financial records.

Qualifications

  • Able to manage full set accounts will be advantageous
  • Knowledgeable in Transfer Pricing / Withholding Tax will be advantageous
  • Work closely with operation to invoice customers when job is completed
  • Monitor overall AR aging and collection performance
  • Review high-risk / overdue accounts and propose action plans
  • Perform e-Invoicing process and resolve issues if there is any.
  • Support month-end closing processes and assist in preparing financial reports.
  • Able to perform account reconciliations when required.
  • Ensure proper documentation and audit trail
  • Provide financial insights and highlight risk areas to management
  • Ensure all financial records, databases, and documentation are well-maintained and up to date.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support smooth financial and operational workflows.
  • Other ad hoc tasks assign from time to time.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance, preferably with a professional certification.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in finance/accounting and admin/office support.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, audit, and tax compliance.
  • Strong knowledge on E-Invoicing regulations / SST / GST
  • Willing to learn and take on new tasks when required.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, strong problem solving skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of responsibility, accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiar with AutoCount, SQL or other ERP/accounting systems
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
