Kerja Sepenuh Masa Senior Accountant - Accountant, Gaji tinggi MYR 7,000 di ESTEK AUTOMATION SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Handle a full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing) and prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and required schedules.
• Perform online bank transfers, monitor cash flow, and reconcile bank statements.
• Manage e-invoicing in compliance with LHDN requirements.
• Upload and validate invoices on MyInvois portal or an integrated accounting system.
• Ensure timely issuance, validation, and cancellation of e-invoices in accordance with guidelines.
• Liaise with Company Secretary on statutory filings and company resolutions.
• Coordinate with external tax agents, auditors, and other authorities on reporting and compliance matters.
• Maintain proper accounting records and audit trails.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, internal financial analysis, and actual vs. budget variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and local regulations.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or an equivalent recognised by MIA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills and attention to details.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the accounting/finance field, preferably with at least 3 years of external audit experience.
• Experience working in a public listed company is an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
