Business Development Manager (Automotive Industry)

Location: Taiping / Ipoh (HQ)

Salary: RM5,000 – RM9,000 (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our automotive team. This role focuses on expanding business opportunities, driving sales growth, and strengthening market presence in the automotive sales and after-sales service industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Identify and penetrate new business opportunities in the automotive market
• Conduct market research and business expansion activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, presentations, and business proposals
• Supervise and support the sales team in daily operations
• Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions when needed
• Ensure smooth execution of all sales and business development processes

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in sales / business development (automotive industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Self-motivated and result-oriented

Working Hours

• 6 working days per week
• Standard office hours (may require flexibility depending on business needs)
