1. JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent is responsible for verifying daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in sales and revenue posting, reconciling payment records, and maintaining proper documentation in the accounting system. This role ensures all financial entries are complete, accurate, and aligned with company procedures.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. Daily Financial Verification
- Check and verify daily sales reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review and validate Purchase Orders (PO) against supporting documents.
- Ensure all transactions are correctly recorded and supported by proper documentation.
B. Tally System Management
- Update, maintain, and verify accounting entries in Tally or relevant accounting software.
- Check daily postings for accuracy, including sales, revenue, expenses, and adjustments.
- Ensure Tally records match with physical documents and internal systems.
C. Revenue Posting
- Perform posting of daily revenue into the accounting system.
- Ensure revenue entries are accurate, timely, and matched with sales reports, invoices, and receipts.
- Monitor and track outstanding payments and discrepancies.
D. Payment Checking & Reconciliation
- Check Statement of Accounts (SOA) from customers and suppliers.
- Reconcile SOA with bank transactions, payment slips, online transfers, and receipts.
- Highlight discrepancies and follow up for correction or clarification.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation reports for review.
E. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and well-organized financial documents for audit and internal review.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
3. REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience with Tally, accounting systems, or finance operations is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in working with numbers.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and work independently.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
