WAREHOUSE STOREKEEPER

Location: Kota Bharu, Kelantan

Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented Warehouse Storekeeper to manage daily warehouse operations. You must take full accountability for all duties, ensure every task is completed properly from start to finish, and strictly follow company SOPs.

Full List of Responsibilities

1. Receiving & Inbound Process

• Receive all incoming goods per company SOP.
• Check quantity, condition and details against delivery orders.
• Report damaged, missing or wrong items to supervisor immediately.
• Record received goods accurately and store items at designated areas.

2. Inventory Management

• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Follow proper storage rules to keep goods well-organized and labeled clearly.
• Report stock discrepancies and damaged goods promptly.

3. Order Picking & Dispatch

• Prepare orders accurately based on picking list.
• Pack goods and complete related delivery documents.
• Ensure all orders are dispatched on time.

4. End of Daily Work

• Finish all assigned daily tasks before off duty.
• Clean the entire warehouse and keep all areas neat and tidy.
• Arrange working tools properly before leaving.
• Submit daily reports to supervisor.

5. Rules & Safety

• Follow all company SOPs and safety regulations at all times.
• Handle goods carefully to avoid damage.
• Report equipment faults and safety issues immediately.

Key Requirements

• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant warehouse experience is preferred.
• Hardworking, responsible and able to finish all tasks completely.
• Physically fit for manual work.
• Able to follow instructions strictly.
• Basic computer knowledge for stock recording.
