Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations
- Responsible, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in retail or fashion industry is an advantage
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience preferred
Tanggungjawab
Job Responsibilities
- Manage overall human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and company procedures
- Handle staff attendance, leave management, disciplinary matters, and performance evaluations
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labor regulations
- Coordinate staff training, development programs, and employee engagement activities
- Maintain employee records, confidential documents, and HR reports
- Handle conflict resolution and provide HR guidance to employees and management
- Monitor workplace culture, employee welfare, and overall staff performance
- Work closely with department heads to support business operations and staffing needs
