Kerja Sepenuh Masa Head of Mechanical Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,500 di GSH Precision Technology Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the mechanical engineering team, including engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Oversee precision mechanical design, tooling, fixtures, and automation systems.
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and product development activities.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and cost optimization.
• Conduct tolerance analysis, GD&T review, DFMEA/PFMEA, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, and R&D teams.
• Support manufacturing troubleshooting, process improvements, and production ramp-up.
• Develop engineering standards, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Manage engineering project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, CE, SEMI, and safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in precision engineering, semiconductor equipment, metal fabrication, or automation industry.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering management or leadership role.( Precision mechanisms, CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, NX), GD&T and tolerance analysis, Pneumatics, motors, bearings, actuators, FMEA and reliability engineering, CNC machining / metal stamping / tooling )
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing and NPI.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
