We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated Clinic Assistant to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will assist in daily clinic operations, provide excellent patient service, and support doctors and healthcare staff in delivering quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage appointments.
• Handle patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures when required.
• Record and update patient information accurately in the clinic management system.
• Dispense medications according to doctor's instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of consultation rooms and clinic facilities.
• Monitor and replenish medical supplies and inventory.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Perform basic administrative and clerical duties.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
