3–5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work weekends and public holidays.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.

Supervise and train restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment.

Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Assist with scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage.

Contribute to achieving restaurant sales and profitability targets.
