1. Register patients accurately in the system and ensure all details are complete.  

2. Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments, including walk-in cases.  

3. Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and inquiries professionally and promptly.  

4. Ensure smooth patient flow and assist in reducing waiting time.  

5. Inform patients of any changes, delays, or doctor availability.  

6. Prepare and manage patient records, forms, and documentation.  

7.  Assist in billing processes and ensure accurate payment collection.  

8. Verify patient details, including insurance/guarantee letters where applicable.  

9. Coordinate with consultants, clinic assistants, and other departments (lab, radiology, pharmacy).  

10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.  

11. Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.  

12. Comply with hospital policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.  

13. Participate in 5S, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
