Kerja Sepenuh Masa Mechanical Designer (Automation System), Gaji tinggi MYR 6,000 di Yaw Ngiap Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Design automation machines, fixtures and related parts based on conceptual, and requirements provided by customer
• Prepare detailed parts drawing & build BOM for fabrication & assembly.
• Follow up schedule with in-house production department, machines vendors and parts suppliers.
• Complete all assigned tasks as delegated by the OM/PM within the schedule given.
• Maintain project schedule, monitor project progress; coordinate activities; resolving problems.
• Control project plan by reviewing specifications, plan, and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Assist in equipment assembly, setup, troubleshooting & customer support.
• Prepare Machine Operation Manual and documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree (Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering) & above
• At least 1 – 2 years’ experience in Factory Automatic System (Pick and Place, Conveyor, sensors, etc)
• Experience in Industrial Automation Machine Design, Jigs & Fixtures
• Proficient in 3D CAD software (Inventor, preferred)
• Project management capability is preferred.
• Familiar with manufacturing process & materials
• Able to work independently, is responsible and a team player with good work ethics and attitude
• Regional travel may be required, including non-official workdays.
• Meeting with clients to establish their requirements for new or existing product/system
• Travelling to factories or other locations to take measurements.
