We are looking for a proactive, organised and resourceful individual to join our growing team in a dynamic business support and operations role. This position works closely with management to support recruitment activities, client servicing coordination, operations and administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Assist in recruitment support, interview coordination and candidate follow-ups
• Create and post recruitment advertisements across platforms
• Support daily business operations and administrative coordination
• Manage scheduling, appointments and internal follow-ups
• Handle documentation, data entry and reporting matters
• Provide general business and personal assistant support when required
• Organised, responsible and able to multitask
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and digital platforms
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow, resourceful

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
