We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. The candidate will assist with documentation, coordination, communication, and general office management duties.
Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
Manage office documents, filing, and data entry
Prepare reports, letters, and correspondence
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
Maintain office supplies and inventory records
Assist in payroll, attendance, and leave administration
Support HR and management with administrative duties
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and external parties
Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
