Minimum SPM or equivalent; prior kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene practices.

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions and standard recipes accurately.

Positive attitude, good teamwork skills, and willingness to learn and support different kitchen sections.

Greet and serve customers warmly while delivering excellent customer service.

Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.

Take customer orders accurately and handle payments efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, bar counter, equipment, and dining area.

Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.

Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checking, and storage organization.

Support daily opening, closing, and cleaning duties of the outlet.

Follow company SOPs, food safety, and health & safety regulations at all times.

Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and a positive working attitude.
