Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in customer service is preferred

Good communication and customer handling skills

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and servicing

Able to use computer systems and prepare service reports

Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Provide professional customer service and explain vehicle service requirements clearly to customers

Coordinate vehicle inspection, service scheduling, and follow-up with the workshop team

Prepare service reports, quotations, and update customers on repair progress

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor from time to time
