Education: SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent (Candidates with exceptional communication skills but lower qualifications are welcome to apply).

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and Malay, with a good command of English to communicate professionally with diverse client segments.

Experience: Prefer experience in sales, customer service, or related fields 

Key Attributes: Result-oriented, self-motivated, and highly resilient with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mobility: Must possess own transport (car/motorcycle) and a valid driving license (required for client visits).

Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience but a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Business Development: Actively identify and develop new business opportunities through various online and offline channels to expand the market.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs to drive repeat business.

Sales Execution: Manage the complete sales cycle, including attending to inquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and following up on payments to achieve monthly sales targets.

Market Feedback: Collect and report market insights, industry trends, and competitor activities to help management optimize sales strategies.
