Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Good communication and writing skills in Mandarin and English.
Experience in online sales, customer service, or digital marketing is preferred.
Familiar with CRM systems will be an added advantage.
Able to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
Able to collaborate closely with the Marketing Team on campaigns and promotions.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow SOPs efficiently.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
Responsibilities
Professionally handle customer enquiries from social media platforms and follow up with leads to close sales.
Work closely with the Marketing Team to support sales-driven campaigns and activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.
Maintain good response time and customer satisfaction across online platforms.
Handle order-related matters including appointment arrangement, refund, and exchange processes.
Support and execute monthly promotional campaigns to improve sales performance.
Prepare simple daily reports for service and sales improvement purposes.
Maintain and develop customer relationships for repeat business and long-term cooperation.
Effectively present and introduce company products and services through online platforms.
