Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in managed IT services, cybersecurity, or MSSP environments
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a solution/subscription-based sales model
Strong understanding of managed services frameworks: ITIL, SLA management, remote monitoring & management (RMM), security operations
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts: threat detection, incident response, compliance (e.g., PDPA, ISO 27001)
Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid infrastructure models
Consultative Selling: Ability to uncover business needs and position services as strategic enablers
Communication: Excellent verbal/written skills; ability to translate technical concepts for C-level and technical audiences
Relationship Building: Proven ability to foster long-term client partnerships and act as a trusted advisor
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to address client challenges with tailored solutions
Resilience & Adaptability: Capacity to navigate objections, competitive landscapes, and evolving market demands
Proficiency with CRM platforms
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Identify and target new business opportunities for managed services, including MSSP, cloud management, and IT outsourcing
Conduct market research to understand potential clients' IT environments, challenges, and strategic priorities
Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital marketing, and industry events
Prospect and qualify leads within the target MSSP/enterprise ecosystem, leveraging marketing, BDRs, and partnerships
Meet with prospects and clients to assess current IT landscape, pain points, and business outcomes
Present and demonstrate managed services offerings: 24/7 monitoring, SOC services, endpoint protection, cloud management, disaster recovery, and helpdesk support
Develop tailored proposals, ROI analyses, and presentations that address client-specific challenges
Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and delivery teams to design scalable, compliant solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive retention and expansion
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on optimizing IT operations and security posture
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Manage contract renewals to ensure timely completion and minimize churn
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets
Negotiate contracts, SLAs, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies
Work with implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition for new clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for leadership review
Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to refine offerings and go-to-market strategies
