Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and analysis
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
• Handle AP, AR, and general ledger functions
• Ensure timely bank reconciliation and accurate financial records
• Assist in audit, tax, and statutory compliance matters
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities
• Support management in financial decision-making and reporting
• Supervise and guide finance team members when required
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time to time

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in finance or accounting field
• Experience in handling full set accounts and financial reporting
• Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, responsible, and committed to work

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
