Primary Requirement:

• Having knowledge about beauty brands and products.

• Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English/Bahasa Malaysia.

• Having related background such as Business Management / Marketing / Publicity Relation.

• At least 2 years of experience in relevant industry, fresh graduates are welcome.

• Responsible and work well in team.

1. Outlet Visit & Store Maintenance

• Visit assigned retail outlets according to the planned schedule.

• Ensure all listed SKUs are displayed correctly on shelves, gondolas, end caps, promotional bays, or special displays.

• Maintain product cleanliness, neat arrangement, and good shelf presentation.

• Ensure products are placed according to planogram or agreed display layout.

• Check that slow-moving items, hero SKUs, new arrivals, and promotion items are highlighted properly.

• Take clear before-and-after photos during every outlet visit.

2. Stock Monitoring & Replenishment

• Check product stock levels at outlet level.

• Identify out-of-stock, low-stock, overstock, and slow-moving SKUs.

• Monitor fast-moving SKUs and highlight replenishment needs to the sales/channel team.

• Follow up with store staff regarding stock room availability if shelf stock is low.

• Report damaged, expired, near-expiry, or defective products.

• Support stock rotation to reduce aging stock and ensure FIFO practice.

3. Price Tag & Promotion Checking

• Ensure all products have correct price tags.

• Check that promotion mechanics are displayed correctly

• Report any missing, wrong, or outdated price tags immediately.

• Ensure promotional items are displayed at the correct promotional area.

• Check whether outlet staff understand the promotion mechanics.

4. POSM & Visual Merchandising Execution

• Set up and maintain POSM materials

• Ensure POSM is clean, updated, and placed according to brand guidelines.

• Remove expired campaign materials.

• Suggest improvements for better product visibility and customer attention.

5. Competitor & Market Observation

• Observe competitor activities in assigned outlets.

• Report competitor promotions, new product launches, pricing, display locations, and campaign mechanics.

• Take photos of relevant competitor displays or promotions.

• Share useful market insights with the retail/channel team.

6. Relationship with Outlet Staff

• Build good working relationships with outlet supervisors, beauty advisors, promoters, and store staff.

• Communicate politely with store staff to solve shelf, stock, pricing, or display issues.

• Follow up with outlet staff on restocking, display space, and promotion support.

• Support store-level communication when there are new launches or campaign updates.

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Submit visit reports after every outlet visit.

• Update outlet checklist or tracking sheet accurately.

• Escalate urgent issues to the retail/channel team immediately.
