Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily sales administration and documentation duties.
  • Prepare sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and other related documents accurately.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales Team, Warehouse, and Logistics Team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery arrangement.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries, order status, stock availability, and payment updates.
  • Assist walk-in customers at showroom and provide basic product information.
  • Maintain proper filing and updating of customer records, sales documents, and reports.
  • Support showroom operations and ensure product displays and customer service standards are maintained.
  • Assist in preparing daily and monthly sales reports and administrative reports.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:-

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Sales or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, etc)
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Responsible, organized and able to multitask
  • Possess own transport.
  • Fresh graduate with highly self-motivated are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
