Details:
Monthly Pay: $2,000 - $2300
Location: Central Area
Working Hours: Mon - Fri | 10am - 7pm (No weekends!)
Duration: 6 Months (Renewable)
THE ROLE:
Success Partner: Follow up on leads to help new merchants complete their applications.
Multi-Channel: Manage onboarding via physical counters, Email, Zendesk, and Calls.
Quality Control: Ensure all applications are 100% accurate and activated on time.
Support: Attend to merchant queries regarding their status and provide ad-hoc help.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: A-Level or Diploma in IT / Computer Engineering preferred.
Skills: Proficient in Excel (If you know Pivot Tables, that's a huge plus! ).
Attitude: Meticulous, proactive, and a quick learner.
Communication: Professional phone and email etiquette.
