Baker Assistant

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
• Operate baking equipment and monitor baking temperatures and timing
• Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Assist in stock control and ingredient preparation
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
• Ad-hoc job as per request

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
