Full Time Facilities Supervisor Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in Allied Group Property Services (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. Simpang Ampat - Maukerja

Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification

Experience in building management, maintenance, or property management is an advantage

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Able to handle contractors, tenants, and residents professionally

Basic knowledge of building maintenance, safety, and security procedures

Computer literate (Microsoft Office/email reporting)

Able to work independently and under pressure

Responsible, punctual, and disciplined

Supervise daily building operations and maintenance works

Monitor security, cleanliness, and safety of the building

Coordinate and follow up with contractors and service providers

Attend and respond to residents’/tenants’ complaints and requests

Conduct routine inspections of building facilities and common areas

Ensure maintenance and repair works are completed properly and on time

Prepare reports and update management on building issues

Monitor staff attendance and performance

Ensure compliance with building rules, regulations, and safety requirements

Assist management in emergency situations and incident handling
