Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, or a related field.

Min. 5 years’ experience in accounting or a similar financial role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.

Knowledge of SQL accounting and the ability to write and execute SQL queries.

Oversee daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions.

Prepare accurate financial reports and provide analysis to support business planning and management decision-making.

Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Perform account reconciliations and maintain proper financial records in accordance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Work closely with internal departments to enhance financial processes and improve operational efficiency.

Extract and analyse financial data using SQL and accounting systems to support reporting requirements.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, financial modelling, reconciliations, and report preparation.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to monitor company financial performance.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting regulations, and company procedures.

Support audit exercises, tax-related matters, inventory monitoring, and cash flow management.
