Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting, audit or finance.
Good knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel and accounting software.
Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines in fast paced environment.
Able to identify issues, recommend solutions and implement corrective actions.
Experienced in retail industry with expertise in managing accounts for multiple outlets.
Tanggungjawab
Assist in the full spectrum of financial reporting and month-end closing activities.
Prepare monthly and quarterly Group reporting packages for headquarters, including annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
Review e-invoicing reports and ensure timely submission in the system.
Manage tax computations, submissions, and liaise with tax agents to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Ensure timely filing of statutory financial reports.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors, preparing audit schedules and ensuring all requirements are met.
Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Oversee Group consolidation processes, including intercompany transactions and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Handle ad-hoc tasks such as financial analysis, reporting, and special projects as assigned.
