Requirements

1. Diploma or above in international trade, logistics management, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of customs clearance experience in Malaysia.

3. Knowledge of Malaysian customs regulations, HS codes,sea- logistics, air- logistics and free trade agreements.

4. Experience handling precision instruments or electronic products is preferred.

5. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

6. Mandarin communication ability is an added advantage.

7. Strong analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure.

Location: Penang, Malaysia

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle customs declaration and clearance processes for import, export, and transshipment

cargo.

2. Perform HS code classification, certificate of origin verification, and duty calculation.

3. Process duty exemption or deferment applications.

4. Apply Malaysian customs regulations and optimize customs clearance procedures.

5. Coordinate with customs brokers, customs officials, and inspection authorities.

6. Resolve customs inspections, disputes, and compliance matters.

7. Support the Sales and Solutions Team with customs policy and cost analysis.

8. Maintain and archive customs clearance documentation.
