Job Position: Product Data Executive

Department: Operation – Inventory Data

Reporting To: General Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Shamelin Business Park, KL

Salary Range: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 (based on working experience)

Working day and working time: The employee shall be required to work six (6) days per week on a rotating shift schedule basis, with one (1) rest day per week as scheduled by the Company.

The working hours shall be arranged according to the operational requirements of the Company and may include the following shifts:

• Morning Shift: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m

Job Summary:

The Product Data Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data across the company’s systems, including product, inventory, order, and operational data. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations by supporting data accuracy, reporting, and analysis for an online supermarket environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update product, pricing, and inventory data
• Monitor stock accuracy and resolve data discrepancies
• Verify order data and identify abnormal orders
• Prepare daily sales and inventory reports
• Update promotional pricing and product information
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, finance, and operations teams
• Ensure data accuracy and smooth system operations
