Kelayakan

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.

  • Proficient in HRMS/payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Tanggungjawab

1. Recruitment & Hiring Management

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.

  • Work closely with department heads to identify hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment to support business operations.

  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure the right talent fit for the company culture and business goals.

  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation for new hires.

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and positive employee journey from day one.

2. Monthly Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, overtime, commissions, allowances, and claims.

  • Ensure timely submission and compliance of all statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, and other relevant labour regulations.

  • Maintain accurate payroll records and handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Support audits, compliance checks, and ensure HR documentation is updated according to labour law requirements.

3. HR Strategy & Administration

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, and performance management.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and initiatives aligned with company objectives and culture.

  • Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters and company policies.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

4. Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters, grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance-related issues.

  • Handle counselling, warning letters, performance improvement plans, and termination processes professionally and fairly.

  • Foster a positive and productive working environment through employee engagement and communication initiatives.

  • Manage the performance appraisal process and assist managers with employee development planning.

5. Training & HR Operations

  • Identify training and development needs to support employee growth and organisational performance.

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs and evaluate training effectiveness.

  • Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, leave records, and payroll summaries for management review.

  • Support HR audits, compliance reviews, and any ad-hoc HR projects assigned by Management.
