What We’re Looking For

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

• 1–2 years of working experience (retail experience is an added advantage)

• Prior experience in Sales Executive, Customer Service, or any related industry will be an advantage

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset

• Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn

• Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do

• Deliver excellent and friendly customer service, handling enquiries and after-sales support professionally

• Recommend products confidently and clearly communicate product value to customers

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, price tagging, and promotional activities

• Assist in stock handling, replenishment, and inventory organization
