Coordinate and communicate with customers, warehouse team, and sales personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.

Arrange transportation and delivery schedules for customer orders.

Assist walk-in customers professionally and provide excellent customer service at the office.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and customer information.
