Kelayakan

  • Must possess at least Degree in Sales & Marketing & Logistic or similar.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in heavy machinery, construction, or related industries.

  • Heavy machinery & spare parts knowledge is an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills are required.

Tanggungjawab

  • Promote and sell automotive batteries to wholesalers, dealers, workshops, retailers, and end-users to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by actively sourcing for new customers and markets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure continuous business and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide product knowledge, technical advice, and recommend suitable battery solutions based on customer needs and vehicle requirements.

  • Conduct regular visits to customers, workshops, and dealers to strengthen business relationships and understand market demand.

  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on sales leads, and close transactions efficiently.

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse or suppliers to ensure timely availability and delivery of products.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and warranty claims in a professional and timely manner.

  • Track and achieve monthly and annual sales targets, and prepare regular sales reports for management review.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor products, pricing strategies, and industry developments to stay competitive.

  • Implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing activities to increase product visibility and sales performance.

  • Ensure proper documentation of sales activities, customer records, and transactions.

  • Maintain good product display and branding at customer locations where applicable.

  • Support management in business development initiatives and perform any other duties as assigned.
