At least 4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or equivalent role in the construction industry, preferably in factory / warehouse construction projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control standards

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders

Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance

Proven track record of leading and motivating construction teams to achieve project goals

Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring tasks are completed to high standards and in accordance with project timelines and budgets

Manage and monitor the site's health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project progress

Identify potential risks or challenges and implement effective solutions to mitigate them

Provide regular progress reports to the project manager and senior management

Mentor and guide junior site staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
