Job Description:

• Supervise all housekeeping and cleaning activities to maintain a safe and clean plant environment.
• Plan and allocate manpower for daily and urgent housekeeping tasks
• Ensure housekeeping tasks are carried out according to safety procedures, including compliance with HIRARC, SWP, and plant safety regulations.
• Verify workers attendance during daily roll call and ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
• Prepare JHR and HIRARC before any cleaning work begins.
• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for cleaning near operating equipment.
• Assist in implementing LOTOTO procedures when cleaning work is carried out during maintenance activities.
• Ensure safe cleaning practices near operating equipment, especially in high-risk areas such as conveyors, crushers and kilns.
• Ensure all housekeeping tools and equipment are properly maintained and safely used.
• Report equipment damage, abnormal conditions or safety hazards to the immediate Superior or Safety Manager
• Prepare and submit daily housekeeping reports.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
• Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (e.g Microsoft Excel / Word) for reporting and documentation.
