A full-time sales representative role, located in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong relationship, analyzing client’s needs, generating new business and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, or above in any field.

• 3–5 years of sales or related working experience is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Fast learner with willingness to learn new skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close sales deals.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and company KPIs.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

• Keep updated on market trends and customer preferences.
