What You Will Be Doing

· Lead projects by ensuring brands’ objectives and timelines are met, overseeing creative development and video production and ensuring smooth delivery of deliverables.

· Pitch and develop new business opportunities on behalf of the company to agencies and brands.

· Drive business development efforts with brands & agencies in Malaysia, establish long-term partnerships with our clients.

· Lead in the creation of proposals and work with our Accounts & Creative Teams to develop content that meet client’s objectives.

· Maintain rapport key stakeholders to scale business growth on behalf of the company.

· Prepare campaign reports and advise clients on key learnings/recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree or professional qualification from an institution recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
• Candidates with knowledge and/or experience in the facilities management industry are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of insurance products and market practices.
• Proven ability to achieve profitability and sales targets.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good contact network and relationship-building capabilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
