Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

• Good knowledge of design principles, layout, typography, colour, and print production.

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to produce quality artwork.

• Able to understand project requirements and translate ideas into visual designs.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Willing to attend project meetings, site visits, or setup when required.

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating creative, attractive, and high-quality design artwork that supports company projects, events, branding, and marketing needs. This role requires good understanding of layout, print principles, visual concepts, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to deliver designs within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create designs, concepts, sample layouts, and artwork based on project requirements, layout principles, print standards, and aesthetic design concepts.

2. Understand project briefs, collect relevant information, and develop suitable design ideas that meet project objectives.

3. Produce impressive, creative, and quality artwork for projects, events, branding, marketing materials, and other related design needs.

4. Work and collaborate with internal team members to ensure design output supports the overall project direction.

5. Attend project meetings and site setups when required to better understand project needs and support teamwork.

6. Review final layouts, artwork, and design materials, and suggest improvements when necessary.

7. Solve design-related problems and make adjustments based on feedback from superior, clients, or project team.

8. Ensure all assigned design tasks are completed accurately and within the given project timeline.

9. Actively contribute to team efforts by completing tasks and supporting others when needed.

10. Perform any other graphic design tasks or related duties as assigned from time to time.
