Kelayakan

  • Malaysian only

  • Minimum Diploma qualification

  • Basic written and good communication skills (both Bahasa Malaysia and English)

  • Able to read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage

  • 1 year of experience in doing e-commerce report

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Pivot

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under press

Tanggungjawab

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Support Staff to support our Ecommerce sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, coordinating, and assisting in reporting task.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • 1. Order & Customer Coordination

      • Handle basic customer inquiries through marketplace chat, WhatsApp, or email.

      • Escalate complaints or urgent issues to supervisors.

      • Follow up on delayed shipments, failed deliveries, or order discrepancies.

      2. Return & Refund Management

      • Handle customer return and refund requests on marketplaces and online platforms.

      • Verify return/refund eligibility according to company policy.

      • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team on returned items.

      • Monitor return parcel status and update records.

      • Process refund requests within required timeline.

      • Communicate professionally with customers regarding return status.

      • Maintain accurate return/refund documentation and reports.

      • Identify recurring return issues and report findings to management.

      • Assist in reducing refund cases through proper order verification and issue tracking.

      3. Administrative Tasks

      • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

      • Maintain organized records of campaigns, product files, return cases, and marketing materials.

      • Update spreadsheets and internal tracking documents.
