Client Correspondence: Prepare formal and informal communications to address client inquiries, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Engage with customers via walk-in, WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and travel fairs.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and encourage repeat business. Understand customers’ travel preferences, budgets, and requirements. Recommend and sell travel packages, private tours, cruises, and customised holidays.
Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
Sales & Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, email, and display advertising.
Content Creation: Manage, design, and optimize engaging copy and visual content for websites, blogs, and social media channels.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities, proactively reaching out to potential customers to expand the client base.
Sales Targets: Accountable for achieving sales targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Operations: Plan itineraries, prepare quotations, and manage bookings. Coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and other travel arrangements. Maintain accurate booking records and customer documentation.
Weekly Marketing Reports: Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
