Full Time Research Assistant (Mandarin Speaking) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Kesen Ecological Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

• Diploma / Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Laboratory Technology).

• Experience not required; fresh graduates with a strong academic laboratory foundation are highly welcome. Prior internship or working experience in an industrial or manufacturing laboratory environment is a strong advantage.

• Proficiency in performing laboratory tests and operating equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording data.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

• Basic understanding of laboratory safety procedures.

• Strong willingness and capability to learn and operate advanced analytical laboratory equipment.

• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin (essential for technical communication, documentation, and reporting with headquarters' experts); basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Working Hours：Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience and capability.

1. Testing & Chemical Analysis

• Perform accurate sampling and testing on incoming raw materials, in-process slurries, and finished catalyst products for chemical composition and physical properties.

• Execute chemical analysis strictly in accordance with standard testing methods to guarantee data accuracy, repeatability, and on-time delivery of analytical results.

2. Data Management & Documentation

• Fill out laboratory raw records precisely and traceably; compile comprehensive, formal technical testing and analysis reports.

• Learn, review, and assist in drafting laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), equipment work instructions, and quality compliance logs under the guidance of engineers.

3. Equipment Maintenance & Lab 5S

• Oversee routine calibration, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting logs for analytical instruments (XRF, ICP, etc.) to ensure optimal operational status.

• Manage the inventory, usage logs, safe storage, and compliance records of laboratory chemical reagents, standard solutions, and reference samples.

• Implement and sustain high laboratory 5S standards daily to maintain a clean, organized, safe, and hazard-free working environment.

4. Technical Support & Collaboration

• Cooperate closely with headquarters' technical experts to assist in technical transfers, analytical method validation, and personal skill-upgrading programs.

• Collaborate efficiently with QMS and Production departments to provide critical testing data support for root-cause analysis of quality anomalies, and complete other ad-hoc specific tasks assigned by superiors.
