Kelayakan

You'll be managing the full sales cycle for a B2B SaaS product that helps companies hire faster. Leads come to you from marketing campaigns and lead gen - so you're not starting from zero. Your job is to move them from interested to closed, then keep them coming back.

Sales cycles run 1 to 7 days. That means you'll be closing deals regularly or you'll know quickly if something's off. This is a performance role. If you're motivated by a ceiling on your income, this isn't the right fit.

Non-negotiable:

  • B2B sales background - you understand business buying decisions, not just consumer behavior.

  • Comfortable holding conversations with C-suite and HR leaders.

  • Can communicate daily in English, Mandarin, and Malay. Not "survival level," but genuinely comfortable switching between all three with clients.

Preferred, but we will train you:

  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Exposure to or curiosity about AI sales tools - we use them and we'll train you, but you need to be open to it, not resistant.

Tanggungjawab

  • Work warm leads generated by marketing. No cold calling, but you're still expected to drive urgency and close.

  • Run discovery conversations with decision-makers CEOs, HR leads, Talent Acquisition heads and tailor solutions to their actual hiring challenges.

  • Own the deal from first touch to close: discovery → needs assessment → quotation → signed deal.

  • Manage account renewals and look for upsell opportunities within your existing customer base.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, ops, product) when client needs extra services. You're the client's point of contact, so you own the experience end-to-end

  • Log activity and track pipeline in CRM.
