Full Time Warehouse Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Rifeng Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

High school / vocational diploma or above;

At least 2 years of experience in production or warehouse site management;

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required for coordination with supervisors and headquarters, with basic Chinese proficiency;

Basic English or Bahasa Malaysia communication skills for coordination with local staff;

Strong sense of responsibility and team management ability.

Responsible for daily management and on-site coordination of production/warehouse teams;

Supervise team operations to ensure all procedures comply with standard operating processes;

Handle on-site emergencies and report issues to supervisors in a timely manner;

Organize pre-shift meetings and assign daily work tasks;

Ensure all team members comply with safety regulations and operational procedures;

Train new employees and guide the team to improve work efficiency.
