• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration.

• Able to commit for at least 3-6 months.

• Strong communication skills, good time management, a positive mindset, and the ability to work well in a team.

• Computer savvy (Excel, PowerPoint, Words, etc.).

• Willing to based at Wisma Dancom, PJ (Rapid KL accessible and Grab-friendly. Free PJ CityBus available, close to LRT Paramount.)

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end processing of supplier invoices and payments in compliance with company policies.

• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and ensure systematic filing of financial documents.

• Perform reconciliation of supplier statements to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.

• Execute monthly bank reconciliations to support financial accuracy and reporting.

• Oversee staff expense claims, ensuring proper documentation, approval, and timely reimbursement.

• Manage customer invoicing and collections, and prepare monthly accounts receivable ageing reports for management review.

• Assist in the preparation of documentation and schedules required for annual external audits and corporate tax filings.
