Requirements:
Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistic or related field.
3 years to 5 years of experience in procurement.
Experience supporting ERP transformations or SAP programs (S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, or similar).
Knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay processes.
Strong documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with SAP tools, JIRA, SharePoint, or similar platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in workshop preparation and document current-state processes and requirements.
Track user stories, actions, dependencies, and follow-ups with SMEs, IT teams, and consultants.
Coordinate design walkthroughs, demos, and feedback collection during the Build & Design phase.
Monitor RICEFW objects, data readiness activities, and compliance documentation.
Support UAT preparation, defect tracking, retesting, and sign-off readiness.
Assist with training and go-live preparation, including cutover activities and open-item tracking.
