Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or account management (F&B or FMCG experience is a strong advantage).

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage for dealing with Chinese grocery accounts.

Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Results-driven with a proactive sales mindset.

Comfortable making outbound calls and doing occasional client visits.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools or WhatsApp Business is a plus.

Own transport is preferred for grocery account visits.

Receive, process, and confirm sales orders from customers and grocery partners via phone, WhatsApp, email, or ordering platform; coordinate with the warehouse to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.

Track order status and proactively update customers on delivery timelines; manage order changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.

Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and grocery partners (buyers, managers, owners) to ensure satisfaction, build relationships, and identify new opportunities.

Maintain an updated customer database with contact details, order history, preferences, and feedback; schedule regular check-ins or visits to stay top-of-mind.

Serve as the first point of contact for complaints and feedback; listen, document, and resolve issues professionally, escalating to management with full incident summaries when needed.

Follow up post-resolution to ensure customer satisfaction; compile feedback trends and share with management for continuous improvement.

Proactively upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers; introduce new products and promotions to grocery partners and push for increased order quantities or placement.

Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders to close sales; meet or exceed monthly sales targets and identify potential new accounts or distribution opportunities.

Prepare and submit weekly sales reports covering orders received, pending, and completed; maintain records of all customer interactions, agreements, and follow-up schedules.

Assist in preparing sales proposals, price lists, and product information sheets for grocery clients.
