• Experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, recruitment, or related fields.

• Mandarin, English, and Malay proficiency preferred for client communication.

• Comfortable engaging with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers.

• Strong communicationandrelationship-building skills.

• Results-drivenwith a strong desire toachieve and exceed targets.

• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

• Open to learning and adopting AI tools to improve work performance.

• Engage with employersgenerated throughmarketing campaigns and inbound enquiries.

• Understand clients' hiring challengesand recommend suitablerecruitment solutions.

• Build strong relationships with HR professionals, Talent Acquisition teams, business owners, and decision-makers.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and solution presentations.

• Manage the full client journeyfrom consultation to onboarding, renewal, andaccount growth.

• Collaborate with internal teamsto ensure a positivecustomer experience.

• Achieve monthly salesandaccount growth targets.

• Utilize CRM systemsandAI-powered sales tools to improve productivity and customer engagement.
