Kelayakan
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an accounting firm.
Able to handle full set of accounts independently.
Experience in reviewing junior staff work is an advantage.
Familiar with AutoCount Accounting Software.
Basic knowledge of SST and accounting standards.
Good Excel skills (basic formulas, reconciliation).
Able to handle multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
Good communication skills and responsible working attitude.
Mandarin speaking is required (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
Based in SS15 Subang Jaya or willing to travel.
Own transport preferred.
Tanggungjawab
Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial reports for SMEs and corporate clients.
Ensure accounts are completed accurately and on time for audit, tax, and SST submission.
Review accounting entries and reports prepared by junior staff to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Perform bank reconciliation, debtor and creditor reconciliation, and resolve discrepancies.
Liaise with clients on accounting matters, follow up on missing documents, and handle queries.
Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
Ensure proper documentation and structured filing of accounting records.
Use AutoCount Accounting Software for daily accounting tasks and reporting.
Assist in SST, e-invoicing, and other compliance-related matters when required.
Guide and support junior staff when necessary.
