We are seeking a highly capable Marketing Specialist with 3 to 5 years of hands on digital marketing experience to drive performance focused campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for overseeing the creation, execution, optimisation, and quality control of digital marketing initiatives across paid media, organic content, and influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, data driven, technically confident, and capable of aligning creative output with measurable business outcomes.

Performance Marketing and Paid Media

• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other PPC platforms

• Structure accounts and campaigns using full funnel strategy principles

• Monitor KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost

• Analyse campaign performance and implement continuous optimisation strategies

Content Strategy and Copy Oversight

• Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing copy and digital content across website content, SEO pages, landing pages, blogs, social media, and paid ad creatives

• Ensure all content aligns with campaign strategy, brand positioning, and performance goals

• Maintain high standards in messaging clarity, persuasive structure, and conversion intent

• Collaborate with designers, web developers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive execution

Analytics and Tracking

• Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and other tracking systems

• Diagnose and resolve tracking discrepancies or funnel issues

• Translate performance data into actionable commercial insights

• Prepare monthly performance reports with clear recommendations and next steps
